DEPOSIT POLICY:

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total charter cost is due and payable upon reservation. You will receive your confirmation via email along with information about options for payment of the final balance.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations made 30 days prior to the reserved date will receive a full refund.

Cancellations less than 30 days and ‘no shows’ will be charged the 50% deposit.

WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY:

Captain Zack may cancel any trip for weather or winds exceeding 20 knots, and will provide the customer a full refund.

The customer has the option to cancel the trip the day prior to the trip if the weather forecast calls for winds exceeding 20 knots. The customer will be provided a full refund.
